- FAST – a distributor of tapes and related products for the framing, architectural, signs, and trophy markets.
- SBM – a commercial real estate company that buys, develops, and leases commercial real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
- Work to hit revenue targets and grow business through contacting customers and developing business opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to contribute to product and service improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on customer experience metrics and sales performance to management.
Essential Skills:
- Communication and empathy with a proven ability to understand customers needs and convey solutions effectively.
- Analytical skills allowing for quick and informed decisions to improve the customer experience and buying journey.
- Sales acumen demonstrating the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue without compromising service quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably within the distribution or manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Ability to analyze data and trends for strategic decision-making.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred to have significant experience utilizing HubSpot.
