General Manager-Commercial Real Estate

We own commercial buildings in Southeast Wisconsin. We are seeking to add a second full time person to perform general maintenance at all of our locations.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Specialist-Building Maintenance to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the P&L for our Real Estate holdings. Full P&L Responsibility.
• Create a budget and manage to the annual budget.
• Manage our building maintenance staff. Ensure competition of work orders and build outs to tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee refinancing efforts.
• Supervise Commercial Property Manager to ensure spaces are leased out.
• Travel to various buildings and promote quality relationships with the tenants. 
• Manage development projects from permitting until completion. 
• Present business updates to stakeholders

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial real estate 
• Familiarity with working with tenants, contractors, banking relationships and government agencies
• Experience Managing People
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Business acumen and understanding of budgeting and reading a P&L
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
